Robin/Subaru Starter Pulley

It is important to know that the starter pulleys for your Robin/Subaru small engine are not the same as idlers. The difference is that an idler rotates freely around bearings at its center, while a pulley has a notch (or some other device) to fix it to a shaft as it rotates.
