The unique internal design allows aim and shoot operation even when cleaning overhead, and permits easy replacement of all wear parts. Sized according to flow rate, rotomax is perfect for your toughest cleaning tasks.
Rotating Nozzles are designed to clean with the impact of zero degree flat spray nozzles but with the pattern of a 25 degree nozzle. Rotating nozzles will cut your cleaning time in half. With a rotating nozzle, you can clean the following quickly; rust removal, tank cleaning, paint and graffiti removal, brick cleaning, concrete, gum from sidewalks, boat cleaning and barnacle removal, asbestos abatement, cleaning crab and lobster pots, fish nets, and removing mud and clay from highway equipment.
Do not tighten the Rotomax by the plastic cover. Use a wrench on the hex portion of the inlet nipple (#10 on the parts break down). This will avoid stripping the holding screw on the plastic cover. Also, tightening the hex too much will prevent the rotor from spinning. Always use with a high pressure inlet filter.
All rotating nozzles MUST be started with the nozzle pointing to the ground. This prevents damage to the ceramic orifice. It is highly recommended that a high pressure filter be used with each nozzle. Not using a filter could void any warranty. Eye protection must be worn while using these nozzles.

SERVICE ADVISORY: Using a high pressure filter increases the life of the IDK nozzle. When using with hot water, it is strongly recommended you use the filter and lubricate the nozzle every 2 to 3 hours with a teflon blended oil. Do not touch rotating water pattern. ALWAYS START WITH THE NOZZLE POINTING TOWARDS THE GROUND.
