Climber Straps, Lanyards and Misc Climbing Aids

Buckingham's Climber Straps are manufactured with either 4-ply neoprene impregnated nylon or brown latigo leather. 4-ply nylon is extremely durable and weather resistant where as leather is soft and pliable offering greater flexibility. Climber straps are available in either 1" or 1 1/4" and 22" to 30" lengths.

Two-piece foot straps with split rings are available assembled (For Buckingham and Klein climbers) or unassembled.

2 in 1 Safety Prusik Lanyard-10'

The 2 in 1 Safety Prusik Lanyard provides the user a means to stay continuously secured to the tree when climbing over obstructions. Buckinghams uses different color thimbles to easily distinguish each end of the lanyard. This eases the task of climbing over obstructions. The Pruski Loop is made of 16 strand 12" braided blue streak rope, which is looped around a 3-strand twist nylon rope. The combination of braided rope and twisted rope offers the best combination for this application.

FlipLine Lanyard

10' 1/2 Bluestreak Flipline with Microcender

The new adjustable flipline from Buckingham makes climbing with safety lanyards safer and easier. the addition of the microcender gives the user the ability to easily adjust the length of the lanyard with one hand. With the microcender at the user's side, (where it's needed) no longer will the user have to hug the tree to adjust his lanyard. Unlike other adjustable lanyards that only adjust to one half of their total length, the adjustable flipline will adjust from just a couple of inches up to its full length. Comes with 1706 Locking Rope snap on one end and an eye splice on the other to prevent rope from slipping through the ascender.

The Buckyard Stretch has the flexibility of a standard web or rope lanyard with the benefit of a reduced arresting force and an elastic Bungee. The Bungee contracts a 6' lanyard to approximately 44" greatly reducing the possibility of accidents while climbing in and out of aerial baskets.
