Hago's Eco-Valve is an economical and ecological solution to the problem of nozzle "after drip." The Eco-Valve has been designed inside a nozzle strainer of standard dimensions. It provides a sharp cut-off of flow without creating any measurable pressure drop. This means it is extremely easy to use. No changes to pumps pressure, no wiring, no repiping. Simply unscrew the regular strainer and mount the Eco-Valve in its place. The Eco-Valve will not disrupt the flow rate, spray angle, or spray pattern of the nozzle in any way.

Eco-Valve will eliminate the incomplete atomization that normally occurs during start-up and shut-down when the pump is not at full pressure. It will also end those troublesome drops of oil that dribble from the nozzle after shut-down due to expansion of the oil due to combustion chambers reflected heat. Eco-Valves have been tested to over 1 million cycles without failure.
