Stick Welders - The stick in stick welding is the electrode, or welding rod, that contains the filler metal and shielding flux. Stick welders offer the most power for the price. Stick welding requires medium to high operator skill, and more clean up of the bead due to high spatter and slag left behind in the flux process. Stick welding is very difficult on thin metal.

This 115V, 20 Amp input, 70 Amp AC output arc welder features a contoured face design that allows easy interaction with controls and improved transformer design that provide easier start and smoother arc. Preset welding rods requires 15 amp circuit for 1/16 in. rods and 20 amp circuit for 5/64 in rods. Thermal overload protection automatically shuts off to avoid overheating. Built-in storage keeps accessories organized while cord management maintains secure storage.
