Recently I had a problem with my Generac 4000XL. When I contacted the company I was given several options of taking my machine to
local repair shops. The closest place was 62 miles away.
I called them on the phone and was told to bring in the unit. When I got there I was told they no longer work on this unit.
I went to another place and was told they would order the parts. 2 weeks later no parts.
I contacted your company and spoke with a very nice and helpful young lady and my parts were delivered yesterday and installed
today. Everything was perfect.
The generator is used to operate a handicap chair lift when the power goes out and was really needed and your company and staff
fit that bill. You are now on my speed dial.

I want to thank you for the quick service. I ordered a spur sprocket for my McCulloch chainsaw on Thursday,
12/09 and it arrived on Monday, 12/13. That's fast!! Also I wanted to let you know why I chose to order
from you. I found another site that listed a sprocket for a dollar less that seemed like it would fit my
chainsaw. However the description was very brief ans I was not sure it was the correct one. Your site
was the only one I found that gave enough detailed dimensions that I was able to determine which sprocket
was the correct one for my chainsaw.
