Snowblower Feedback from the Big Snow Storms of February 2010:
"Dear Jack's:
I want to thank you for your prompt and friendly service when I needed parts for our snow blower.
I had spent the afternoon on Wednesday, February 3 calling many supply shops looking for replacement parts. Either they did not have them in stock or they did not offer express mail. We needed those parts in a hurry, with a record breaking storm coming.
I found your website through google. I called and spoke with a very nice, helpful lady. She confirmed that you had the parts in stock and that I would not need to pay for express mail since I am in Virginia. Sure enough, the UPS man rang my doorbell at 4:30 two days later as the snow was just beginning to accumulate.
The total we got was too much for our lower end snow blower but when we shoveled down to a more manageable level, that new auger and the new bearings saved the weekend. We were able to take care of our property, the neighbor across the street whose husband is away on business, and the man at the end of our court who is recuperating from a stroke. They were all so thankful. We said thank Jack's Small Engines. If they had not come through as fast as they did, we would all still be shoveling! "
