This message is being written to compliment your staff, in particular Bob. I had called looking for a part for my generator, after spending several minutes with Bob on the phone and giving him all of the numbers on the generator he could not find it and suggested I contact a local generator repair shop. I know it was close to quitting time for Bob and it was a small part not a big expensive order, but to my surprise the next day I received an E-mail from Bob with picture of the part and how much it would cost. This to me was the ultimate of an employee going the extra mile to help out a customer. He could have gone home forgot about our conversation and that would have been the end of it but he didn't. And I felt that your company should know what a great employee you have working for you and what an asset he is. I will always return to Jacks Small Engines for all of the parts that I need and spread the word on how well that I was treated.

I'll just received the order today in Australia and would like to thank you & others for the service from "Jacks Small Engines". The cost of parts was about 66% less then here in Australia.
