I am fine with the product but I was not impressed with the time it took to be shipped to me. I would have thought if you looked at the price I paid for the product and the cost of shipping (which was more than the cost of the product) that maybe you would have thought I needed the part real fast! I was not happy with your lack of insight to see that from my order..,
