Replacing the Air Filter on a Husqvarna Handheld Leaf Blower

Replacing a dirty or damaged air filter will prevent dust, dirt and debris from entering the carburetor and internal parts of your engine, prolonging the life of your engine. This video shows you how to easily replace your dirty air filter with a new one.

Step 1:

Disconnect the spark plug

Step 2:

Remove the air filter cover by unscrewing the knob

Step 3:

Remove the old air filter, you can clean the air filter with a soft brush or by soaking it in warm soapy water if it is not excessively dirty or damaged, be sure to let the filter dry completely

Step 4:

Place the new or cleaned air filter into the base and replace the cover

Step 5:

Reconnect the spark plug
