This worked perfectly to repair my honda lawnmower. I hit a bolt on our basketball hoop and the mower started vibrating. After replacing the blade it still had issues so i replaced the crankshaft and this resolved the issue. There are a ton of youtube videos out there to help. The biggest thing was getting the torque settings correct and taking apart the mower to get to the engine. Spend the time doing the research and it shouldn't take more than 3-4 hours to repair. Also make sure you purchase break-in lube, form a gasket, and a decent torque wrench. My last mower, a john deere, was trashed because I listened to the small engine shop who said it is not worth repairing. Think i spent $75 and fixed the honda myself. No more repair shop for this guy.

Original crank had a steal timing belt gear pressed onto the shaft. New gear has a plastic one. Thought I was going crazy when I went to install and was like wait something is not the same here. Then realized oh wait there must be more in the packaging material. Yep there was the gear. All worked out great. With this particular crankshaft do not follow the instructions on the internet on the setting of the timing. The crank is 180 degrees off compared to the others for the same motor. Just a tib bit of information that may or may not help others.
