The part I got was perfect and has been installed and works just great. I am very thankful to Jack's because I was told by a repair service in Harrisburg area that they can't get these parts for John Deere snowblowers anymore. This machine is over 40 years old and still working like new, thanks to Jack's . Also, the service was prompt and just an all-around good experience. Will definitely seek their help as needed in the future.
this item is fine however the other item I ordered # 1371279059 on Dec 10 has not arrived yet. It was sent via USPS and the last tracking on 12/14 showed it in a distribution center 50 miles from my house. Today is the 21st It hasn't moved in a week. I would caution that in the future perhaps another shipping service might be in order. I am still waiting for it to arrive My phone number is 315-796-9987 please don't hesitate to call.
