Appears to be a better design than others that I have used. Tends to pull grass up to be trimmed level, then the smaller blade edges shred the clippings for better composting. I've learned to have a sharpened spare set of blades available when they dull, which is usually halfway through the season, to maintain a real nice lawn. A bit of advice, have them professionally sharpened to maintain their balance, unless your really, really good at it yourself.
Mulching is far better and less labor-intense than bagging also it leaves a more manicured lawn than the cut & discharge method. For me, it significantly reduces the amount of leaf raking required to prevent damage to the grass.
