Jacks has been very useful to me in the past, but this order was lost before it left Baltimore! I never did get anything, but Jacks was honest and let me know the situation and refunded my purchase price, etc. About the same day they called, I had found my problem and the repaired mower works fine now. So, they actually did me a favor by telling me what happened to my carburetor need and refunding my purchase price. I will never know if the package was just poorly addressed or small enough to be easily lost. I will use them again and recommend them to others!
