Governor gear appears to be redesigned from the governor that fell apart under operation. OEM PART. Instructions could have been more detailed, I did find some good information on the internet!

Jack's shipped my part promptly and it arrived in just a few days. It was an exact replacement for my broken part and the engine is running perfectly now. Watch a couple of Youtube videos and jump right in. It isn't a difficult repair if you have basic mechanical knowledge and skills.
