How to Clean the Drive Wheels for a Husqvarna HU700F
The following instructions are for the Husqvarna HU700F Lawn Mower, which is for the part number 96145000901. Before attempting to work on/with your equipment in any way, always refer to your owner’s manual for safety information.
- Check the front drive wheels each time before you mow to be sure they move freely.
- The wheels not turning freely means trash, grass cuttings, etc. are in the drive wheel area and must be cleaned to free drive wheels.
- Remove the hubcaps, locknuts, and washers.
- Remove the wheels from the wheel adjusters.
- Remove any trash or grass cuttings from inside the dust cover, pinion and/or drive wheel gear teeth.
- Put the wheels back in place.
- Note: If after cleaning, if the drive wheels do not turn freely, contact a qualified service center.
