How to Replace a Blade for a Toro e-Cycler Cordless Lawn Mower
The following instructions are for the Toro e-Cycler Cordless Lawn Mower, which is for the model number 20360. Before attempting to work on/with your equipment in any way , always refer to your owner’s manual for safety information.
- Warning: The blade is sharp; contacting the blade can cause serious personal injury. Always wear gloves or wrap the sharp edges of the blade with a rag.
- Stop the motor and wait for all the moving parts to stop.
- Remove the key from the plug receptacle.
- Tip the mower onto its side.
- Remove the blade by turning the blade bolt counterclockwise.
- Note: Grasp the end of the blade using a rag or a thickly padded glove.
- Remove the blade bolt, the washer, and the blade.
- Install a sharp, balanced blade, with the washer and the blade bolt that was previously removed.
- Tighten the blade bolt to 40 to 50 ft-lb (54 to 68 N.m).
