Replacing the Scraper Blade on a Husqvarna Two Stage Snow Blower
Watch our video on how to replace the scraper blade on a Husqvarna two stage snow blower.
The scraper blade scrapes the surface of snow and ice underneath your snow blower, since the augers don’t come in contact with the ground. After constant use, the scraper blade will wear down and need to be replaced.
Step 1:
Remove the ignition key
Step 2:
Tilt the snowblower back so it rests on it’s handles
Step 3:
Remove the 5 blades that are holding the blade to the auger housing
Step 4:
Once all of the bolts are removed, remove the scraper blade
Step 5:
Align the holes in the bar with the holes in the housing and re-install the bolts
Jack’s Safety Tips: *Before servicing your snow blower make sure the snow blower is turned off and remove the ignition key to reduce the risk of accidental start-up. View our Disclaimer.
